Terms and Conditions
Please keep in mind that handmade products are all unique. You may not receive the exact piece that is in the photo. Colors may vary in appearance between electronic devices. Your soap has already been cured for 4-6 weeks. After this, negligible color and weight changes may occur as water continues to evaporate and bar gets harder. Since hand cut bars will vary slightly in size, an average weight has been provided.
Returns
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. If, for any reason, a customer is not happy with their purchase, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no charge. If an order arrives damaged, we will quickly provide a replacement or a refund. In that event, we would appreciate a photo so we can file a claim with USPS. Thank you!
